Designed for single-zone mini split systems with 1/4 inch liquid lines (LL) and 1/2 inch suction lines (SL), this kit includes the four most critical components needed for a successful and efficient installation.

What's Included:

• 50 ft Refrigerant Lines:
  • 1/4 inch liquid line and 1/2 inch suction line to connect the indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper refrigerant flow.
• 65 ft of 14-Gauge, 4-Conductor Stranded Wire:
  • Runs in parallel with the refrigerant lines to connect the indoor and outdoor units.
• Flare and Thread Sealant:
  • Helps prevents leaks by sealing refrigerant line connections, compatible with R410A refrigerant.
• 5/16 inch to 1/4 inch Adapter:
  • Allows technicians to connect their tools for pressure tests, vacuum pulls, and adding refrigerant if necessary.

Additional Components You May Need:

• Wall Sleeve:
  • A 2.5-3.5 inch diameter tube for running refrigerant lines, wire, and drain tubing through the wall.
• Electrical Whip:
  • Insulated power cable connecting the disconnect box to the outdoor unit.
• Non-Fused Disconnect Box:
  • Required by code for remotely shutting off power to the system.
• 5/8 Inch Drain Tubing:
  • Directs condensation from the indoor unit to outside the home, keeping your space dry.
• Outdoor Unit Pad, Bracket, or Stand:
  • For stable installation of the outdoor unit.
• Line Set Covers:
  • To conceal refrigerant lines and wiring.
• WiFi Adapters:

• Surge Protector:
