We love the savings and convenience of ordering filters from Alpine. Alpine not only saves us money, but we never have to leave the house! What could be easier?

It is working great and we are toasty warm. We are all finished with making it pretty as well. The furnace is centrally located in the bathroom of our ranch style house. Therefore, it had to match the rest of the bathroom. Yes, those are pink and purple vent pipes.

Dad was recruited to help replace our noisy, inefficient, twenty-year-old air conditioning compressor. My father has been retired for fourteen years, after more than forty-five years in the heating and cooling industry. He quickly disconnected the old unit, then the recruited laborers – my husband and friend – removed it. The pad was inspected, brushed off, and re-leveled, and the Goodman unit was set into place. Fortunately, it passed the close inspection of his well-seasoned and quite critical eye. There may have even been a glimmer of admiration for the quality and technological advances that have developed in the last decade.

The instructions and video made installation very easy. The entire job took about two hours. The added humidity has made winters almost enjoyable in New England.

Thank you for the good service and the excellent video showing an installation. The info in the video was very helpful, and I learned a couple of good tips that I didn't know about.

I ordered a 2 Ton 12 SEER heat pump with a 2.5 Ton Air Handler and a 7 KW heater. The purchased items were delivered very promptly ... My college roommate and I removed the old HP and air handler and installed the new product with a new thermostat. The new system came up on first try with no leaks or electrical problems. We also installed a sight eye to monitor the moisture and liquid level. The monitor turned green for good moisture level very quickly. This all goes to show that "two retired PhDs" can install these heat pumps and air handlers. I hope to send more business your way with personal referrals.

Installation was a breeze! I used your online tutorial along with the help of my father. If a 26-year-old can do this, anyone can. What I enjoyed most was the savings as my total cost was only $1000 whereas I have several friends that have had the same unit installed at $3500. If someone wants to save money, especially the do-it-yourselfer, this is the place. Thank you Alpine Home Air!

Monday night I sent a question to Alpine asking if the Aprilaire 600 could be installed with the duct on the right side. I received a reply on Tuesday confirming that it was possible. I ordered my Aprilaire 600 humidifier Wednesday afternoon. It shipped Thursday and arrived Friday. I installed it Saturday morning with only one trip to the homestore to get the low voltage wire. My furnace installer wanted $600 to do it. I suspect that it would have gone even better if I'd watched the DVD that was included.

I purchased a PTAC for my barn office, which works well for air & heat. No duct work and should operate cheaper than other electric radiant heaters. It’s also quiet. I am well satisfied with Alpine and their price was right.
