Easy HVAC Pro is a 100% free service for contractors. Our goal is to connect our customers with great contractors like you. You'll enjoy our surprisingly efficient process where our team of HVAC specialists handle the majority of the work leading up to the installation for you. You'll be presented with jobs in your area to bid on at no cost, communicated over email & online so you don't have to waste time driving to the jobsite to give a bid. From marketing and sales to scheduling the installation date and product delivery, we've got it covered. This allows you to focus on what you enjoy best - installing more equipment.
Once you're enrolled in the Easy HVAC Pro program (free), you'll receive an email and text message when a job lead is available in your area. Job leads will be within your desired driving radius.
Download Sample RFQAlpine will email and text you a detailed Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ will contain job site photos, equipment to be installed and other pertinent information, painting a clear picture of the scope of work required for the job. Once you've reviewed the RFQ you will enter a flat-rate price to complete the work, your earliest start date, and click "Submit". We recommend you submit your bid quickly because we only accept the first three contractor bids per job lead. Fortunately, you'll never compete with more than two other contractors for a job.
The customer will review your bid, along with bids from two other contractors. You will be notified by email and text message once your bid is accepted. The email will confirm the customer supplied products to be installed, provide the exact installation address as well as Work Authorization and Installation Confirmation documents.
We ship the products directly to the customer's home so they are ready for you when you arrive. We also coordinate the installation date based on your availability. All you need to do is show up at the scheduled time and complete the installation.
Once the job is completed, you and the customer will both sign an Installation Confirmation stating everything is done. Email or fax it back to Alpine, and a check will be mailed to you within 10 days.

We'll assess the customer's needs and ship the right products directly to the customer's home. You won't need to commute to the jobsite to provide an estimate or drive to a supply house to pickup and deliver equipment.
The more bids you submit, the more jobs you'll win. Completing more jobs in less time, with less overhead means more profit.
After you complete an installation, customers will rate you on Yelp, Google and HomeAdvisor. Your reputation will help us recommend you to customers and close more deals.

We put a lot of time and consideration into our detailed Request for Quotes, so this isn't something that happens frequently. If something unexpected happens keep in mind that your bid on a job is based on the information that was presented to you. If further work is required, please take the opportunity to connect with the customer, explain options to them, and work out a separate deal between yourself and the customer to resolve the issue.
